Qualifying for the World Snooker Championship 2014

These days qualification matches to the main tournament of a season - to the World Snooker Championship which starts already very soon on April 19, are played.

We will remind that upon termination of a season at main tour the new rating - financial begins to work. Players who won't get in top-64 this rating after end of the World Cup leave main tour. Also 8 first places of the Euro PTC and 4 places of Asian PTC remain saving. Debutants of a season irrespective of results remain in round for a year.

The players who have lost qualifications in the first round won't earn anything, winners will receive 1000 pounds.

On April 16 the final grid of the World Cup will become known. All meetings of qualification are played to 10 victories.
